Ethical Code
The journal Socijalna psihijatrija follows the most ethical and professional standards, including zero tolerance rate on plagiarism and other unacceptable forms of behavior within the academic society.
Methods and works that will be treated as plagiarism are the following:
- Falsification of research results, inventing and presenting them as real
- Manipulating research procedure, deliberate change and/or omission of data
- Claim other results, attitudes or judgments as their own, without citing the source
- Abuse of subject and/or material research, attempt of covering up any violations of ethical guidelines, false representation of interest, confidentiality brake.
It is implied that all authors are agreed with the publication and that no part of the paper has been published or that is not in the process of being published in any other journal prior Socijalna psihijatrija.
In the agreement with the publisher and authors, the editorial board reserves the right to reprint the text that has already been published.
In case the paper has already been published in Socijalna psihijatrija, it may not be published elsewhere without the permission of editorial board and publisher.
The editorial board is obliged to keep information of the manuscripts internally, i.e. they are only available in appropriate manner to authors, reviewers, potential reviewers, editorial board, editorial advisers and publisher.
